Running For Days
I am now training for Cross Country this summer for Fall 2009........Even though it is very difficult to run 5 miles every other day I am still willing to work hard to get better........And coming from a track sprinter and jumper (4x200 relay, long jump, high jump,*4x400 relay, and 300m hurdles*) to a distance runner, thats a pretty big stretch.........But with already 5 weeks into the season I'm already making improvements. -Stix (a.k.a.
